Dinner with friends consisted of homemade organic pizza w/ caramelized onions, zucchini, herb goat cheese, and fresh mozarella alongside a locally-sourced pear-pecan salad (w/ lettuce from our garden!) and a homemade honey-lemon dressing. Nom to the nom nom. The awesome thing about this is that it’s a great and fun way to entertain friends. I make the dough before hand and set up all the toppings–friends can then craft their own pizza, and in the end, we all share and marvel at each other’s delicious creations! It’s just one way that food helps bring people together. I would post a picture, but we got so excited when it was done that we ate it all! Next time, for sure!
